Daily Discovery for Search and AI

Help Google, Bing and AI Find Your Important Pages Faster

AI answers are built from discoverable web sources. Google's AI search features require supporting pages to be indexed in Google, while Microsoft Copilot uses Bing to find and ground web information.

Daily Indexing keeps your sitemap current and helps Google, Bing and compatible AI crawlers discover your important URLs.

Built for websites that publish frequently, manage large URL inventories or cannot afford valuable pages to sit undiscovered. Set it up once. Daily Indexing keeps watching.

9,500+ pages across 18 sites under management. Paid sitemaps rebuilt daily.

Plans from £19/month.

Search Visibility Now Feeds AI Visibility

If Your Pages Cannot Be Found, They Are Unlikely to Be Cited

Search engines are no longer the only systems looking for useful pages.

Google AI Overviews and AI Mode can surface supporting links from pages that are indexed and eligible to appear in Google Search. Microsoft Copilot uses Bing search to retrieve current web sources. ChatGPT Search and other AI answer engines also use web crawlers, search partners and publicly accessible pages to find information worth referencing.

That makes technical discovery the first layer of AI visibility.

Daily Indexing helps keep your sitemap accurate, detects new and changed pages and supports discovery across Google, Bing and compatible web crawlers. It does not guarantee that a page will be indexed or cited, but it gives important content a better opportunity to be found and considered.

Google Search and Google AI

Google's AI search features can only use supporting pages that meet Google Search's indexing and eligibility requirements. An undiscovered page cannot become a supporting Google AI result.

Bing and Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft Copilot uses Bing search to retrieve current web information and sources. Keeping important URLs discoverable through Bing supports both traditional search and Copilot visibility.

ChatGPT and AI Crawlers

ChatGPT Search and other AI platforms may use their own crawlers and third-party search providers. Publicly accessible, well-connected and technically discoverable pages are better positioned to be retrieved and referenced.

Build your sitemap free

A one-off sitemap of up to 500 pages, pages only — no images, videos or files. We just need your email so we can send you the result.

A free sitemap build, not free indexing. No card needed.

Where your pages actually reach

Two different mechanisms, because the engines do not all speak the same protocol.

Google

Via your sitemap

Google does not accept IndexNow. Your sitemap is rebuilt daily and kept current so Google can discover it. The sitemap tells Google which URLs exist and when they changed — it is not the same action as Request Indexing.

Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam

Via IndexNow

Changed URLs are pushed directly to these four engines through IndexNow. That is a genuine push — it tells the engine to fetch the current version — not a request to be crawled.

The cheapest route into the AI answer pool

Bing's index feeds Copilot and, in blended form, ChatGPT's retrieval. Bing's own documentation says IndexNow helps AI systems reference the current version of a page, and Bing Webmaster Tools now ships an AI Performance report showing Copilot and Bing AI citations.

That reframes IndexNow from “Bing is the small one” into the most direct available route into the AI answer pool — and turns the optional key file from a chore into the most valuable two minutes of setup on this page.

Being in the index is what makes a citation possible. It never makes one certain.

One Discovery System for Search Engines and AI Crawlers

  1. 1

    Monitor the sitemap

Daily Indexing checks the site for new, changed and removed URLs.

  2. 2

    Rebuild it daily

The hosted sitemap is refreshed so crawlers receive an accurate view of the site.

  3. 3

    Support Google discovery

The sitemap is made discoverable to Google and other compatible crawlers through supported sitemap and robots.txt configuration.

  4. 4

    Notify Bing through IndexNow

New and changed URLs are sent to Bing and compatible services through IndexNow.

  5. 5

    Keep watching

The service continues monitoring the site rather than a one-off sitemap check.

What setup takes

Three tiers. The first needs nothing from you.

1

Core service

No access to your site needed

Your sitemap is rebuilt daily and hosted for you. Nothing to install, nothing to log into.

2

One thing on your side, once

Takes a minute

Because the sitemap is hosted externally, add one line to your robots.txt pointing to it, or submit the sitemap once in your own Search Console.

3

Optional, two minutes

Switches on the IndexNow push

Drop a small text file at your domain root and we can push your changed URLs to Bing, Yandex, Naver and Seznam through IndexNow.
